For participants staying at Hotels in Massy or coming from Paris by RER B, free transportation is available from Massy-Palaiseau station (see access map and train schedule) to the conference center and back at the end of each day. The departure from Massy-Palaiseau is at 8:30 and the return to Massy-Palaiseau around 18:00 (except on Tuesday 8th December, where the return to Massy-Palaiseau will be at 22h30 after the conference dinner). Participants staying in Paris are advised to take RER B to the Massy-Palaiseau RER station and meet at the rally point around 8:20.

Due to an anti-terrorist decision, baggage can not be left in the conference building. Participants are kindly asked to leave luggage at the hotel. If you have planed to leave just after the end of the conference and you need to take your baggage along with you, please contact us (marc.dupuis@cea.fr or nathalie.pillet@cea.fr) so we can make arrangements.

As DIF is a research center, some security access restrictions applied:

  • A valid passport or ID is required to enter (not to be left at the hotel, please take the same document that the one you provided with the security form).
  • Non-DIF personnel have to be escorted.
  • Cameras and cell phone are not allowed in the DIF center (to be left in the conference room for the lunches of the 10th and 11th December).
